Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 7, 2026

I Love Lake Tahoe, operated by Cale Media, aims to make its travel guides, news, camera pages, and site features usable by as many people as practical, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our Approach

We work toward clear page structure, descriptive headings, readable text, keyboard-friendly links, meaningful link labels, alternative text for useful images, sufficient contrast, captions or transcripts when practical, and layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The site includes older articles, third-party embeds, live-camera feeds, maps, forms, videos, advertisements, and plugins that may not fully meet every accessibility standard. We review and improve pages as they are updated.

Third-Party Content

Some content or functionality is supplied by third parties that we do not control. Examples can include maps, videos, social posts, advertisements, booking tools, camera feeds, and payment or newsletter services. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences, but their accessibility is governed by their own systems.

Requesting Help or an Alternative Format

If a page, form, document, image, video, or feature is difficult to use, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in another practical format or identify an accessible source.

Email [email protected] with:

  • The page URL or feature involved.
  • A description of the problem.
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology used, when helpful.
  • The information or action you were trying to access.
  • Your preferred contact method or alternative format.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us identify problems that automated checks may miss. We review good-faith reports and prioritize issues that block access to important content or functions.
